I believe many of us are guilty of treating our stomach as trash buckets. Like we just keep on loading the tummy with refined, modified, processed or raw foods without having the realization that which one is good for our digestion system and which one is harmful. Experimenting with diverse foods has become somewhat a hobby for us. There are for sure some DO’s and DON’T’S that need to be strictly followed just like your belly bible. Drink lots and lots of water because this not only flushes out the harmful toxins out of your body, it also prevents the water retention. Make sure to avoid as much as possible the refined carbohydrates, for instance, bread, pasta, energy drinks etc. they are hardly left with any beneficial vitamins or minerals that our body requires. When it comes to having an ideal physique or abs, all of us have them. What happens is that they have hidden right under the belly fat deposits. So there is a direct relationship between fitness and diet that needs to be maintained. All we have to do is to follow a strict diet pattern that doesn’t affect our digestion adversely and we refrain from having the belly and body fats deposits to maintain good fitness levels.
